It's - insert deity of choice here or nature/agnosticism of choice - way of telling you to pay attention to the BMW break-in procedures...

Hope it is resolved before your ED - you will have a blast either way.

Hopefully not in Baden-Wurtemberg. I hit 140 mph yesterday on my way home from work, and I didn't notice any restrictions. No one else on the road really seamed to care either.

There is serious talk in Germany to limit the Autobahn speeds. This is what I say to that. I tried to see if I can hit the 168mph (270kph) limit on my M2 within just one exit. Success. I hope this legislation never passes. This is one of the last true freedoms of Germany. May it live a long and happy life.

I did 220kmh on the A8 between Ulm and Munich airport Friday morning in an Audi A4 3.5TDI. And I certainly wasn't the fastest one on the road. Long stretches at 180kmh due to too many trucks in the slow lane and cars moving over to pass.

They have been talking about this for decades. I don’t expect it to change.

Love the lane discipline over there!

Wish the fast lane snails in the States would stay home!

Quite the opposite. I am sure they will implement these restrictions soon enough. Once they cope with Covid they will raise this question again.
