Replace it with the Carbon Fiber one because it looks cooler. Problem solved.

For general cleaning and maintenance, it's tough to beat Cockpit Premium:

Agreed, plus I'm not sure I want a CF diffuser. Personally, I really like the BimmerMasterpieces diffuser -- same material as stock, OEM looking (with a twist) and very affordable:
https://www.bimmermasterpieces.com/s...product/yjazdh The only car I've seen on bimmerpost with it is ashtaron14's M2C, where he definitely spared no expense: https://f87.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1657369 |

Not sure a plastic scratch remover is the answer to your problem? When I had some plastic bits I wanted to 'pretty up' with prior vehicles, I found the Sonax product exceptional. ///AVM |

It's hard to tell from the pic if that's just light surface marks or if it's deeper. If it's light marks you can use a paint sealant which will do just as good of a job if not better than a plastic restorer. They also hold up a lot longer. Wash the diffuser with a brush, but make sure it's not hard or else it will damage the plastic. Dry it and give it a good IPA wipe down before applying the sealant.
