The way the car should've come from factory. Kidding but not entirely.

I know having a better power to weight ratio is good but I see most of the weight has been dropped off the rear of the car. How does that affect handling? Do you feel as though the car is noticeably less balanced?

Also, your car is now my laptop background

Yes - the rear has lost most of the weight and it has been a challenge - with damper setting and changes to springs and helper spring we are nearly there :-) car has been on the ring for the last 2 days (1 wet and 1 dry(ish) day) which went well.

For me the best tyre out there (because of the stiff tyre wall) only do a 18 which is a shame, also 295 is the widest. With the torque in the car it would have been better to have a wider tyre but not possible on this tyre. I run 2.2 bar hot.

19 tyre options - you probably have the best one unless you go extreme cup 2 r (but all these don't work under a 10 degree temperature)

Yes, I mean 19 inches. Is Pirelli Trofeo R good? on ordinary micheles at the exit of the corner I did not lose traction, and on these ... at high speed they lose as they are unheated, like on summer tires in the snow ..... btw at N55: 500/700

but thanks, you have a great car

Yes the tyre is great but you have to get heat into them - warm up lap needed. Klaus my friend at the ring loves this tyre and did a 6.58 in a e92 (on YouTube), he prefers this to the direzzas. Tyres are personal, try a few to see what you feel comfortable on.

Thanks for the comment on the car :-)

Sounds like the tyre not giving you confidence. It's a great tyre but not suited to you.

My tyre choice is:
1. Direzzas
2. Michelin cups
3. Trofeo R

yes, but I only mean 19 inches, so it comes either to Pirelli Trofeo R or Michelin Cup 2, Michelin can't believe it because it has a good marketing game .... ads everywhere and live friends from the Porsche club say it is trash. I wonder how Toyo new R888
