Thanks! I was actually planning on doing that sometime soon but you beat me to it. I guess great minds think alike!

Quick picture from today! Shots like this make me realize how bad my iPhone's camera is and how I really need to go out and get a proper one

what a stunner .... no words....
That should have been M2C's launch color instead of HS

Funny story, actually. When I saw the early renderings for the M2C, one of the images (and I posted it in this thread somewhere) had the car looking strikingly similar to how mine does. That same render even became the inspiration for my "build", so to speak. Of course, that color never came to fruition and the individual route never really happened for the M2s. That being said, I am glad to see that more and more people are getting around this by either wrapping their car or having it repainted. The M2 is such a good looking car but I think that it's often let down by the lack of color choice.

Found a great deal on a CS steering wheel and just had to get it. Pretty excited to start on the interior mods

Pic for reference:

I'm not a huge fan of the front winglets either, but aside from that, GOD DAMN this thing is sexy! I like the CF mix and the 437m's look fantastic against the grey/black combo. Hands down one of the best M2's I've seen

This shot was my favorite:

Thank you! I like how the M Performance lip for the M2C looks, so might go that route in the future. I actually considered ordering 763M wheels but after seeing how good the 437Ms looked, I decided against it. It's one of the few stock wheels on any car that I actually really, really like.

Fun fact: that's my favorite picture too!

More pictures! Might make a few more small changes here and there, but overall pretty happy with how the car currently sits.

Infamous...

FINALLY Found decent photos of the Avery Dennison Printed High Gloss Real D Black Carbon Fiber Wrap on an ///M car roof.

** 3M Carbon Fiber Wrap is only Matte and textured. Doesn't match the BMW OEM Carbon Fiber Roof.

There are actually 4 different glossy CF wraps between 3M and Avery Dennison. Then add 2 more textured matte 3M CF wraps, which makes 6.

Get a 12 x 12" sample and choose your favorite.

Smaller 1x1 CF gloss pattern looks best for large surfaces like a roof or hood. Also looks good on BMW OEM CF parts.

Matching CF wraps and real dry CF parts is very difficult to nearly impossible. Matching CF is only possible by buying 2x2 or 1x1 CF from the same manufacturer.

This weekend I'll be getting the 3M glossy CF 1x1 roof wrap on my Estoril Blue F30 335i, along with black pained roof rails. A warm up for the Interlagos Blue E90 M3 sedan CF roof wrap. Add ceramic coating to top off the CF roof wrap.

Cheers
