Sorry to hear that. But ED schedules are pretty tight and are filled up months in advance. You can contact your ED point of contact directly and see if they can squeeze you in with someone else who have cancelled their delivery date.

Hope you're able to get everything sorted quickly and to your liking.

You could always try calling BMW NA Special Sales (ED Dept) at 1-800-932-0831 and ask if they can move the build week of the allocation; however, there is often a factory break in June and then the changeover to the 2021 model starting the first week of July so, since you're declining a time in May, I'm guessing there's little, if any, wiggle room in your case.

Did a large range of dates not work for you? I found they were rather accommodating with my schedule and I did ED 3 weeks after my M2C was built. And if I remember correctly, the paperwork says somewhere they (BMW) allow you to push the date back once even after it is scheduled.

Or maybe your dealer is being inflexible so they don't have to do ED? There were a couple dealers that just gave a firm 'no' when I inquired about ED.

In my experience, how accommodating your dealer is can make a big difference. You still have time you could consider going with another dealership. if you want, I can connect you with the dealership i did ED with last year. they were a pleasure to work with.

For what its worth, I just got scheduled for June 4th ED. My dealer got me an allocation in a day or two of asking. I gave them the first 3 Thursdays in June and they agreed on the first one. So June should still have availability if that works better?
