BC Racing BR Clunk - Help!

Hi all - I just installed BC Racing BR coilovers on my 2017 M2 this past weekend. This is my first time dealing with BC products. After driving the car a bit, I've noticed a 'clunk' sound coming from the front. It's silent on smooth roads, but any sort of speed bump or sharp bump in the road and I hear a dull 'thunk' as the front suspension relaxes over the bump. Has anyone else dealt with this?

I put in the recommended 5mm of pre-load, and I have double-checked that everything is tight. Is this just how these units sound given the reduced dampening of the BC camber plates vs. OEM? Any insight or recommendations for these coilovers would be much appreciated.

Thank you!
