Me 2. The guy did an awesome job on them.
Thanks, what size is the door number that you ordered. Do they come off easily? Want to make sure it won't mess with the ppf.

I like magnetic door cards for this. I have had a few sets made up and they work great. Store them on something flat between track days and they retain the shape. I can send you the files that you can edit or if you let me know the colors and info and can change them up real quick. Typically a local sign shop can make them & should be fairly inexpensive. I loathe taking decals on and off.

100% agree with the magnets. That’s what I run as well. I’ve only lost one at CMP never to be seen again lol.

OG Shark is 100% about storing them on something flat. I think that was my issue with the one that flew off.

Hi!

Could you share what ratio, 30-35? (assuming you are on 19’s) Those widths seem borderline for the stock 9”w rim. I am running 255/35/19 Re71s fronts with 9.5” 28 offset (the Apex recipe) and I am getting rubbing of the M Performance suspension so I can not consider 265 or 275 unless I do something. A 5 mm spacer was not enough.

Thanks!

I have switched from SRF to the PFC665 fluid and LOVE it. I no longer get any brakenfade on our 2 mile Summit Point track like is used to after about 15 mins with SRF. I am on stock calipers and rotors with Hawk DTC70s.

SRF and PFC665 have the same dry boiling point while SRF has a much higher wet boiling point. SRF typically also wouldn't be the weak point when stock calipers and rotors are in the system. Interesting that you have found the PFC to work better for you. I have run SRF to some pretty intense braking levels and haven't had an issue. It took my brakes finally going nuclear before starting to see a hint of fade with SRF in the system. Repeated laps at factory GT4 race pace in an almost 3800lb car without ducting.

How much heat in the system to start to see fade in my car:

Got some goodridge ss lines and I'm having a brain fart on installing/flushing. Do I just install all the lines, then go around and do my flush/bleed to put in new fluid. Or do I need to install/bleed each line at a time, then do my flush for racing fluid?

I get the feeling I'm just over thinking it lol

Howdy Ya'll, long time bimmerpost member here! I thought forums were dead, man was I wrong.

I run an Arrive and Drive company and we have not 1, but 2 M2 Compeition's and a G80 M3 xDrive in our rental fleet.

Have you wanted to track your car but didn't want the wear and tear or abuse, or the track prep that makes them semi unstreet friendly? Well we take care of all of that for you!

Summit Point, VIR, Watkins Glenn, Dominion and others are all on our list of tracks we go to.

Bring a friend, save some money! Refer a friend to our program, we give you $100 each day they rent from us. You can use that to buy from our e-commerce platform.

To check out our fleet www.letsgotrackdays.com

My DM's are open!

Door numbers are on there way. Metallic gold for numbers. I inquired to see about some metallic blue and red for the flag. It's possible, but it's sn uncommon vinyl so I'd have to pay for the entirety of the raw cost of material. If a group were interested it could be a fun addition. Thanks to @OG Shark for the file!

Not sure if I mentioned it but would make sure they round the corners off like in the design. Found square corners to sometimes try to curl up a bit over time and then much easier to go full eject out on the track...
