I just picked up my 2020 M2 Competition.
The only owners manual was the standard manual - no other items in the case.

I read that there is a Navigation, Communication, and Entertainment manual. Did anyone receive this?

Also, were there any other papers or items in your manual case?

Usually there is a tire warranty and card with phone number for BMW service call.

The tire warranty manual is required by law I thought. You should def get one

I have this same question. I had a document in my trunk from when my car passed through the port indicating that a service guide of some sort was missing. I asked the dealer about it and they told me it is on backorder.

I wonder what else I am missing. All I received was the owner's manual in a folding case.

I just did PCD today - there are a few items included, IIRC.

I will check tomorrow and post.

Yup, me too. all I received was the owners manual in a folding case.....and nothing in the owners manual about navigation, entertainment, and communication.

Anyone else?

Nah mine had like 10 brochures or BS with warranties and such

I called my dealer and after a couple back and forth phone calls he tells me there is only one manual. I call BS.

I would really like to know what other people received with their 2019 or 2020 M2C.

I ordered my M2C to Southern California dealer. It only came with one manual and the CarPlay activation stuff, nothing more. No tire warranty card etc.

Plus one on that. I didnt get zip from my dealership, head scratching. Not even owner's manual. I left a pretty stern comment on the post delivery dealer survey, lets see what they gona do. Kinda disappointed being a return customer and being treated this way.. SMH

Yes but I expect to receive what is supposed to come with the car. Mine had a paper in the trunk from the port acknowledging a service guide booklet was missing and on back order. My dealer seems clueless as they said all I should have is the owners manual. That’s why I posted here.
