Front lip splitter or rear diffuser? (carbon fiber)

Hi all, I want your advice!

Sorry for disturbing! But I really want your help. I am picking a birthday gift for my boyfriend. He's a big fan of m2c and carbon fiber parts. I am considering either the front lip or the rear diffuser, I know the front lip is really popular and I will have to join wait-list. But overall, I have no idea which is the best option and which is gonna surprise him. Can you give me some advice?

APPRECIATE!!!

I think the diffuser is a must and it looks good on its own and even better with a rear spoiler. With the front lip, he’ll probably want to put it on with other parts (rear diffuser, rear spoiler) and not by itself.

Thanks a lot! I totally agree with you that he'll want to put on rear parts to make it balance if I get the front lip for him, haha

I do know he likes the diffuser, and the boot spoiler instead of the wing spoiler. But I guess he knows what I am going to get him, lol

Either is fine. You're thoughtful enough to buy him something he wants for his car. That alone is f-ing awesome. If he doesn't see the value in that, date me instead.

Don't listen to that guy. Buy him all the car parts, preferably get a list going. Mods are like crack, once you have a little taste you want more and more.

Eventually one day you're looking at your cat wondering how much you can get for it on the Chinese black market because you really need those new 763M wheels.

Actually, maybe listen to that guy...

But in all seriousness, I think both options are good but if I had to do one at a time I would do the carbon rear spoiler first- either the M performance or any quality aftermarket one. I feel the other two you mentioned need to be done concurrently to really look great.

M performance driving school weekend. A safe bet if he likes driving, rather than picking which cosmetic mods he may prefer. Rear diffusers are mostly the same but a couple are more aggressive. I personally wouldn't want SO picking cosmetic parts, unless they took a peak at my build.doc and got something i already wanted

I also vote diffuser.

The M2/M2C has a really complete looking front end without any add-ons, but the stock rear diffuser is too basic for this car.

As to which one, I would say find a way to nudge it out of him what brands he likes so you get one you know he will like. It's definitely a personal thing, and also most of us consider the complete package when choosing cosmetic mods, so we want all the parts to match each other.

Tough call to just guess.

Diffuser. Just to reiterate what everyone has already said. The front looks good even stock, but the rear's aesthetics are greatly improved with a rear CF diffuser. More bang for the buck! I'd pair it with a rear spoiler too. They go great together!

At those prices it has to be two things: Definitely not vacuum formed and probably poor clear coat that'll peel eventually. And definitely some form of IP theft/chinese knockoff.

I see no reviews on it either, have you bought from that site? How are the parts looking on the car after some time?
