Any ideas what this is? Anything to be concerned about? Rest of the fluid looked clean, small amount of typical glitter, my first manual transmission, but done a dozen auto fluid changes and it wasn't anything out of the norm of what I expect.

This is the first time I've seen something come out with the fluid so checking.
