New M2 Competition picture: instrument panel logo + red start/stop button
Featured on BIMMERPOST.com Heard other people say "when they first made it, they didn't expect such success. Now they realize the minor flaw of the product, and making a more refined M2." But after all, business is business. Can't wait for my MY19 M2 lol。 EDIT: Enhanced versions by Artemis: Red start/stop button like in F90 M5 and F80 M3 CS: Last edited by quduoheng; 02-11-2018 at 12:27 PM.. |

Great, more please... Red start button is visible and the M2 LCI dashboard cluster.
The M2 Competition seems to be the M2 how it should have been from the start. MR |

The M2 Competition seems to be the M2 how it should have been from the start. I expect this to be in every review of the MY19 M2 review. The only "but" is going to be the price if it's quite a bit higher. |

Interesting.
Let's tilt a part of that picture: Let's change some color values: red color of the start/stop button surfaces (as also featuring on the F90 M5 and F80 M3 CS):

So... now we know the name for sure and also that it will be only DCT(P = Park) - just like we had speculated from internal BMW docs/VIN data.

This pic is from a MY18 M2 LCI that has been coded to show the M2 Competition logo. This is not an actual M2 Competition. |

In case you're not aware, the LCI dash is not 100% digital. Only that little screen portion is.
