PFC08 vs PFC11

Looking for feedback from anyone who has tried both. What was your experience? I tried 11s and thought that they were not as able to stop as quickly or resist fade relative to the 08s. Their graph comparing the two compounds show that the 11s only grip more when hot, but that's not what I found IRL.

No experience with 11s just 08s and based on seeing a lot of feedback like yours I’m looking at ds3.12 instead of PFC11.

The 08s wear great but are loud and don’t bite like I’d like after they warm up and settle in.

I had used PFC 11s for years, when had OEM front calipers. Now I run similar PFC pads. I have used 08s as well. The 11s are for sprints and the 08s for endurance.

In short, the 11s do not "bite" as hard as the 08s. The 11s offer more overall modulation over the 08s, which make them a smoother all-around pad. Which is what you really want when on the very edge - smooth as possible. The 11s will not last as long as 08s, they are different compounds as you are aware. The 08s generate more heat than the 11s. With this being said, you will burn through rotors faster with the 08s.
