Hi Guys,

I have a 2018 LCI model with DCT. I’ve noticed that there is a Auto H (Auto Hold) on the dash cluster right next to the Rev counter. You can almost see it if it’s sunny with direct sunlight on it.

Does the car have this option? I recently drove the new 3 series and there is Auto H button, that you can activate. It’s kinda nice in traffic and at lights.

Is it possible to activate it?

We don't have Auto Hold, we have Hill Assist. I believe the difference is that Auto Hold remains on until you hit the gas. Meanwhile Hill Assist only holds the brakes for a couple seconds after you let off or until you hit the gas, whichever happens first.
