Thanks for posting your experience with exhaust and install. Made your already amazing car look and sound better. I'm sold!

Your very first post and it's to praise the exhaust in question.. 🤨 You must really be into your aural feedback.

Looking to see if anyone has any experienced with DINAN exhaust. Dinan just came out on their website for the m2c for around $2200 plus 2.5 labor hours. I'm not looking for anything too loud.

Thanks in advance
Both Car Tender and BMW Seattle are Dinan dealers. If you are a BMWCCA member you will get 10% off the exhaust and labor cost.
Good to know BMW Seattle are Dinan and that discount info.

No I'm not in avants I can't wait to see all the local M2 this year at the Griots M day if we still have one . I always wanted to attend but never able to fitted it in with my schedule with kids and work.

There were 8 or so M2s at the Griots M day last year by the time I showed up. I didn’t see a sunset orange car- I would love to see one in person. It is great to see what everyone does to modify their cars.

MPE for M2C just looks horrible, nearly as bad as the stock. Not only the muffler hangs way too low but also the tips sit too low as well with respect to the rear diffuser.

Just saw this. Thank goodness I don't live in UK or EU!

That was such a nice afternoon. My car was still stock that day, other than tint and audio. I've seen a couple of SO M2C's and it remains the only other color that I kinda wish I'd gotten instead of LBB (but I'm still very happy with LBB).

WOW! And earlier this year I was reading something they were looking at in the UK about the speed limit reader in cars being used to actually limit vehicles to the speed limit. Meaning the car would read the speed limit of that road and then electronically limit the car to that speed limit.

All this technology is nice, but I think it will eventually remove us from the driving experience.

It may be in the UK and EU now, but just a matter of time for it to spread around the world.

That would be nuts. It could end up killing people in emergency situations.

The only thing I fully support are the new "using phone when driving" detection cameras they now have in Australia. This should be instant loss of licence!

Yes SO M2 is rare in our area. I haven't seen one on the road or at any dealer when I was looking to purchase one . I will try to attend this year M day

The first M2C I saw at BMW Seattle was a SO M2 6 speed. I loved the way it looked.

Can I sell my OEM exhaust? What is the best platform, eBay, of course, it will be freight to ship? Or advertise on classifieds here on the forum. What you guys normally do.

Most people keep their stock exhaust to put back on the car when they sell it. Then they sell their upgraded exhaust either here or on ebay.

The stock exhaust isn’t worth much and very little demand for it.

Goodness. At least they do have safety override. Honestly what is the world coming to. I think that someone driving 20km/h under the speed limit is infinitely more dangerous than one driving 20km/h over.

Really justifies my decision to purchase the M2cs as my last ever new car as you can be sure this crap will be global in no time.

Dinan sounds the way the car should have come from factory.
