Old thread I know, I’m lowered on KW V3s, 10mm all around and experiencing rubbing in front on any dips.
Thinking about either switching to 7.5mm or bringing my car up a slight bit. Don’t want to roll the fenders. I’ll take some pics in the morning though, the car looks beautiful, sadly it won’t work though. |

honestly, those 5mm spacer cause rubbing against the front fender liners after i got lowered with my M Performance coilovers. i ended up removing the spacers completely. keep in mind, i was running 255 up front.

Back with an update. I fit 12mm front and 10mm rear on stock 763m wheels. No rub whatsoever on hard driving. Stock suspension.

MPERFORMANCE Suspension with Future Classic 10mm spacers All Around- stock tires. If you are on springs you will not have any adjustability. I would only buy Future Classic spacers buy two sets and do some testing.

I just tried 10mm BMS spacers on the rear with stock wheels. The wheel & tire poked outside the fender. Me no likey. (First pic)
I originally bought 12mm for the front, but since I opened & installed the 10mm I used them on the front & they're perfect! (second pic) It's juuuusssst shy of the fender. My car is lowered by about a 1/2" on fortune auto full coilover kit. No rub issues so far. But only just installed the spacers. I'll be returning the 12mm's. You gotta like poke to like 12mm on the rear. I also took the time to polish the wheel hubs removing the rust & oxidation. All shiny & nice-like. Looks really good and was weirdly satisfying to do the work.

My car is stock and when I put the 12mm front and back I get this grinding noise ONLY when I back up with the steering wheel turned all the way to the left. The noise is coming from the front.
I have since removed the spacers and no more noise. Anyone has any ideas as to why? |
