If you're the ambassador for the brand you need to be accountable for any and all processes relating to the brand. You can't just turn a blind eye and say but we're not Remus USA, we're Remus USA 2.0 so we don't support Remus USA products. |

It's a huge faux pas for sure, but they still can still recover if handled correctly Of course, they need to take care of all existing claims asap which are REMUS responsibility, not the new distributor. If they get it resolved, By mid-summer, it'll be back to normal and they will be back as one of the most popular systems.

I was able to connect with the new Remus distributor and get replacement valve springs last year. Here is the contact info: Ryan Webb, senior customer service rep Support@turn14.com www.turn14.com They are super helpful and able to ship me a spring at no cost. Good luck! |

While backing into my garage the other day I noticed a high pitched vibration that sounded like it was coming from the exhaust. Sure enough it was a broken valve actuator spring. I used the above info and Turn14 FedExed a new one. Great service! |

sounds like these springs need to be re-engineered.

Yep, have to agree. I think I’ve broke 3 now and can replace them in less than 5 mins. There is a ton of tension on the spring when installing it, way more than necessary in my opinion. Less tension and a stronger metal would probably fix it.
It’s sort of a shame as I really love the exhaust, but am now out of the warranty period. Let’s hope the existing springs hold! |

I'd love to know more about the way you install them because the last time I replaced the springs 4 months ago, I had to drop the rear section of the exhaust to install properly. Any advice to install them in 5 minutes would be greatly appreciated! |
