Anyone know more about this M2C?

This M2 comp has been up for sale for about 5 months or so. Anyone know more about this by any chance? Previous owner maybe? Wondering why it's not selling. I reached out the dealership for Carfax but they wanted me to come in to see it. |

If they won’t hand over the Carfax, it’s been wrecked or otherwise has a blemish. They want someone to come out and fall in love with the car in person so it lessens the blow of the cars history. Also the aftermarket parts will turn a lot of buyers off, especially the suspension. This is my best guess in my experience tracking used cars.
