Hard to tell looking purely at tw - the 240s have better dry grip than the 180s. Many super 200tw tires have better grip than 100tw R Comp tires these days too. Typically though for wet grip the tread pattern matters the most, of which PS4S has a much more focused tread pattern for siphoning water out

Yeah it’s definitely not optimal in the wet, however, I’ve found them to be most sketchy in wet + cold or just cold by itself. You can still drive on them in either of those conditions but it’ll take a concerted effort to control your right foot lol. Sub 40 degrees is where I just wouldn’t even chance a drive.
