M performance coilovers settings / wheel hop

What settings are those of you who have the m performance coilovers running?

I slammed it all the way down and went with the recommended settings on rebound and dampening. But I'm expecting wheel hop when doing power slides or under wot in 2nd gear.

Any recommendations on adjustments of the rear shocks to resolve this issue would be appreciated before I start experimenting with different settings.

Road or Track damper settings? Maybe set the ride height to the recommended settings so they have a chance to do something useful...

I'm at 595/600 with 1-click softer than the OEM settings all the way around, worn stock Conti tires, and I get wheel hop here and there. It comes and goes. Sometimes it's super smooth, but sometimes not. I think it's all down to the tires/temp/surface (at least on my car). I have a thread about it as well, from when the car was stock.
