I drove to work this morning in 28 degree weather. I let the car warm up for 5-6 minutes before she moved. Had a quick 2 mile drive over to the interstate, and after sitting at 2500-3000 rpm for a couple of minutes on the interstate, the gauge starting creeping past 160. If yours isn't registering, I would try and go on a longer drive and leave it in comfort mode. If still nothing, could be a bad sensor like someone else mentioned.

So today the gauge seems to be registering normally. I haven't had the car that long, and TBH, the oil temp is not something I pay attention to that often. We had a cold snap, and it's the first time the car has been driven in freezing temps, so I thought I would check it. I'll have to watch it and hope the sensor isn't faulty.
