Best Chicagoland Dealer for Service (& Sales)?
Hi all - my M2 is stored for the winter but my mind wanders and I'm starting to plan all of the things I'll need to do when I take it out of hibernation this spring.
What are you experiences with Chicago BMW dealers (besides Perillo - they're not touching my car) for service? I live downtown so I'm willing to go to any of the local ones really, distance not a huge factor. Also, for those of you that have purchased your M2, or other BMW, from a local dealer, who are some good CAs? I'm looking into potentially putting a deposit down for a X3M allocation but unsure of which dealers/CAs are worth dealing with. Thanks! |

My M2C experience at Elmhurst BMW was excellent. Bought my desired spec from stock last year. Told them I didn’t want any BS and didn’t get any. The Xpel was installed timely and well.

Never had any issues with Motorwerks (Barrington, IL). I have purchased many many BMW's and Porsche's from them.

Hey guys I ended up going to Knauz for the service and thought they were great to deal with overall. Like most Chicagoland BMW dealers they'll match any service coupon from another local dealer so I got them to match a 10 or 15% off coupon that was on Fields BMW website for parts & labor.
