Truly sipping. I was on a cruise. They brought the dessert menu. I found a platter called "Favorite Palate" that was 4 cheeses, 3 Ritz crackers, 2 dried apricots, and a small bit of honey comb. The port they listed wasn't available, "all" they had was a 20yo Spanish offering. Everyone else left the table and I sat for 20-30 minutes savoring every morsel with itty bitty sips. I started ordering the port at the casino table. Wish I knew what it was so I could track down a bottle.

Picked this up when we were in Croatia last April. I settled in for a few sips of it, it is supposed to be great and a local favorite. I about choked on the stuff, it was not to my liking lol. Being of Polish descent I am a stingy drinker, so I choose Heineken Silver for beer and if I drink hard stuff it is usually cognac or a margarita made with Anejo/Cointreau/agave/fresh lime juice and nothing else.
