Tons of DMs but it’s a huge item, seems way way smaller than it is.

lots of people willing to drive but you need a huge vehicle to fit the hood safely inside

I’m not in a rush to sell so mostly advise people on the challenges of moving it haha, realistically someone local will have to do what I did: drive hoodless to pick it up 🤣 and listen to the stupid hood open warning beep for an hour

It’s not the money, it’s the BS you go through trying to get one delivered that’s not FUBAR.

If it wasn’t 10 hours each way, It’d be in my shop waiting to get painted BSM.

thats what im thinking. i want this hood so bad, but thinking about buying one online makes me borderline nauseous and then having to get the hockenheim silver paint match. im in texas and not sure how id make this awesome deal work for me

Hahaha i love the dedication but yeah it won't save you any money unless you're already Hockenheim silver.

The only way to pick it up is in a merc sprinter or similar big body van. I rented one from hertz for $35 a day unlimited miles, but that was pre covid.

Someone local come snag it!!!

For anyone considering this... it fits very nicely in the bed of a pickup.
Line up a friend who has a pickup & git'er done. (that's what I did

)

BTW, I put mine on the scale & the Sunveer hood weighs 20.6 lbs
It's dramatically light weight.

Someone grab this hood!!!

it is absurdly light, funny b/c i could remove it by myself haha and carry it around
