Steering button problem

Hi everyone, I have an M2 competition from May 2019. Always perfect, never a problem so far: the button to adjust the steering has stopped. If I press M1 or M2 on the steering wheel it changes between comfort, sport and sport +, but by pressing the button on the tunnel nothing happens.
Has it happened to anyone? I'll have to go to BMW and see what they say (as soon as I have time)

I haven’t heard of this issue.

My M1 and M2 buttons bring up the settings I programmed them for, after I changed the factory settings.

Update: it was solved by itself leaving the machine turned off and closed for one night. He was probably bugged because I squeezed him twice as soon as I turned on the car.
