CF Winglets
I'm sure this has been asked before, so I apologize in advance. I'm trying to get CF winglets for M2C but they range in price from $320 to nearly 1k depending on the brand.
I found these ones on eBay, any has experience with these? Thanks for your input. https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?m...2F123240501312 |

I saw those on ebay as well.
Chinese/Taiwanese knockoffs for cheap. I’ve heard their quality has improved a lot over the past several years. I have firsthand experience with a Chinese injection mold company and you’d be surprised how modernized and advanced their technology is nowadays. Seeing a 3series bumper being pulled from the mold made me rethink about Chinese products. It may not have the perfect weave/resin coat like the real deal, but I’d be surprised if it’s not close in terms of finish quality. With that said, I haven’t seen the part in person so I’m just giving you the general description of Chinese knockoffs sold as of late. YMMV. |

I struggled with the same choice - I went with the genuine M performance ones. Best price I got was from getbmwparts.com The weave and clear coat are perfect!
I have bought aftermarket carbon mirrors on another BMW and they had to replaced after a couple of years - clear coat became cloudy and another one developed a rough texture. Sometimes you get lucky with the aftermarket sellers - but it's a risk you have to take. I plan on keeping the car for a while so I wanted the real stuff.
