Anyone know what these codes mean?: CA9428 & D90D37

When I read codes, I get these below. No CEL's or anything, only when I proactively read them. Anyone see these or know what they mean?

Did you ever get the D90D37 code cleared? I just tuned to OTS stage 1 ACN and received D90D37, which is now refusing to be cleared even after flashing back to the stock tune.
