Anyone planning on going to this at the end of the month?

I used to go to these but they started to get a little out of hand. Lots of reckless stuff on Rt 7 including a major accident by someone showing off right in front. There are much better events going on that day.

Someone did a full 360 on Rt 7 during normal traffic, people stopping on Rt 7 to do burnouts for the crowd, drifting, etc. Just way too reckless of things on a public road with innocent unaffiliated people. They used to have cops there directing traffic in/out of the lot, which was great. But now it's just like a free for all.

Sounds like the old Monday night McDonald’s car meets by Walmart in Danbury.

I meant what other events though, sorry for the confusion.

That's a good way to put it, and sorry for my misread. Further up there's an event at Lime Rock that has a pretty good spread and scenic ride. Hayfields, other local C&C's.
