Would a transmission fluid change possibly fix this? Its happening to me in my newly purchased 2018 manual. I also sometimes get a grind downshifting from 3rd to 2nd.

Didn't some folks who had a clutch stop installed report grinding that went away after removing the clutch stop?
Idk how that would work (it really makes no sense to me), but just throwing it out there. |

I was thinking the same. Pretty easy to see if removal of that bump stopper would improve. But shouldn’t that happen with all the gear and not just the one indicated?
