Another 2020 Hockenheim Silver build thread

SORRY IN ADVANCE. ALL PICTURES ARE GOING TO BE UPLOADED FROM MY PHONE ON THE APP.

IG: _Chris_Roman_

-Hey guys I came from the F80 side and placed my order after test driving the M2 Competition while my drivetrain recall on my M3 Competition was getting performed! The lease on my F80 was up in October so I scheduled my European Delivery for 9/10/2019. I decided to go with Hockenheim Silver after seeing it in person at the dealership.

The options are
- Hockenheim Silver with blue stitching
- Maunal Transmission
- Executive Package
- Moonroof

The Supra is actually not a bad car and I love the Nitro Yellow

I love it. I was driving the Supra around for a little bit and its BM3 Stage 2 with a downpipe and it sounded so good that when I picked up my M2C and put it in Sport+ it was too quiet. Now with the AA midpipe and Remus Race in Sport+ it sounds amazing! I prefer comfort mode as you still hear the deepness of the exhaust but don't get hit with all the burbles

Its a CS replica I purchased it from Aliexpress for $125 shipped. It isn't perfect but again it was $125 and I'm happy with it. I will probably replace it with the BMW version that will be released after the CS comes out

I have it set to the lowest setting with 12mm in front and 10mm in the back. It is pretty low

Car looks great man! ive got the same model and spec! quick question about the spoiler. looking for something similar styled, any issues with mounting due to the tiny lip on the OEM trunk lid?

Thanks and looking forward to seeing how itll look.

How would you compare the Supra to the M2? Which drives/performs/handles better?

At higher speeds the m2 handles better, the Supra is very loose. M2 is 6mt and the Supra is ZF so the Supra responds quicker when driving. I would take a DCT M2 over the Supra. The Supra does get a lot more attention though and is just as fun

Does the Supra feel as fast as the M2? Does it ride much better/softer? Is visibility much worse like the articles say? Many questions, sorry. Curious and have yet to see a side-by-side review. Maybe you should make the first youtube comparison!

Im on vacation now but when I get back I'll take both for a drive to give you some answers. Supra is stage 2 with BM3/DP where the M2C is completely stock now. Supra is also lowered where the M2 isn't. Visibility on the supra is pretty limited as I am 6'3 and can really only see out the windshield and back window 🙂
