The short always had vettes and vipers and one 911 turbo. I was thinking of a new Z-06 but one of my kids says lets go check out the M2 so we went down and dealer had a 17 we test drove. After 5 minutes I was hooked. Dealer tried to get me in a M2C but I found a loaded brand new AW 18' with MPE, 3 pedals and CF goodies... out of state. Dealer cost, free shipping and snow tires.
I should have it by Wednesday.

free shipping as in an enclosed auto transport, or free shipping as in exposed on a flatbed, or free shipping as in they'll get someone from the shop to drive it to you.

are you fully executing the contract before taking physical delivery of the vehicle? I personally would be very reluctant to do that without a visual inspection upon delivery.

good luck with it, the car is an absolute hoot. i'm sitting here smiling because i'm going to be able to squeeze in quick drive after work today.

What's really nice is, you don't see nearly as many M2's as you do vettes, Porsche's, etc., at least not in my area.

They are a blast to drive!

Open trailer signed lease agreement via fedx I'm confident and received many photos reputable dealer 12 hour drive no sweat

I'm loving my AW 2018. I don't have MPE but contemplating a full catback down the road. Eagerly waiting a couple more weeks for the breakin service...

I was test driving a Porsche Cayman, and my son (19y.o.) suggested we go to BMW, and test out the M2.

We test it out, and I love it! Dealer tells me that he can order one for me (they didn't have any in stock), that it would take several months, but that because I was a repeat customer, I wouldn't have to put down any deposit, and if I decided to cancel, even after it arrives at their dealership, it wouldn't be an issue.

Well.. I'm not the kind of person that's going to order a car, unless I really know that I'm going to want it! My son kept saying "dad... just order it! It doesn't cost you anything, and you can always cancel!

About six weeks later, I rented an M2 from Turo, after constantly thinking about getting the car. Fifteen minutes after I picked up the M2 rental from Turo, my son and I drove to BMW, and I ordered a mineral grey M2 with pretty much every option except the MPE.

I refer to my son as "my enabler"!

Really love the car! I've had it for about 9 months now,and it's still a blast to drive. I really love the linear power band! This car takes off, whether you're doing 20 mph or 70mph... hit the throttle, and GO! And the way it sticks to the ground!

Great story ! My son is 15 and he thinks he'll be getting it when it's time to drive....he's right

So there was a two plus day delay in delivery. It's arriving this afternoon. The dealer was so unbelievable about it that they paid my first payment ! Some good dudes up in Grand Blanc MI. BMW. I highly recommend Matt-sales and TJ-sales manager.
