I truly have no idea if I would order the car with the bi-color (silver) or dark tinted wheels. Every time I think dark, I see pics like above where the silver just pops.

That's why I went silver – I wanted the contrast (and I kind of wanted to pay homage to my old E36 which was black/silver wheels).

Funny thing is, I think I might get black 763M wheels for my summer tires in the spring. But I like those a lot more – they're solid black. Not really a fan of the two-tone on the OEM M2C wheels. Not a huge fan of the wheels in general though, either way, although admittedly they look a lot better in person.

The bi colour are absolute classic BMW wheels. Retro but modern at the same time. Love them! Perfect on silver or black cars. I'd go the tinted ones on the other colours though.

My OEM M2C wheels have the dark tint, you can kind of tell the difference between both versions when scrolling between both cars above. I'm not a fan of bi-color wheels on any car either so changing the wheel finish of the OEM M2C wheels is an option that I've been considering. The OEM M2C wheels are kind of special in a weird way because no other BMW has them (unless I missed something).

Also, what winter tires are you using with the OEM M2C wheels?

MICHELIN Pilot Alpin PA4 tires, they're great so far!

The black wheels look menacing but the silver looks classy. So torn

I went with classy bi-color knowing I would get at least one other set that would likely be the "menacing" set.

If you know you will be getting another set of wheels that are more sporty than classy, then I think you know how you should order the car!

Just took delivery of my 6MT 2020 M2C. Transitioning from a 2019 M550i and a 2018 M3 ZCP 6MT. M550i was a hell of a car, but I missed the 6 speed. Minor mods so far:
20% tint + 45% on windshield
Xpel PPF on front bumper, hood, side skirts/winglets, mirror caps.
Full ceramic coat
Eibach lowering springs
Macht Schnell spacers 10mm all around
SSR Intakes powdercoated red
Exhaust valve fuse pulled

Future possibilities:
AA Midpipe
M Performance front splitter.

I was debating between SO, HS, and BSM, but this thread has singlehandedly convinced me that black is the way to go.

Sitting very nicely! Any issues with rubbing?
