Anyone installed AA Midpipe+M2C MPE??

Got the M Performance exhaust on my M2C. It sounds great with windows down but somewhat lacking in the rain with windows up.

Wondering if it is possible to mate it with the AA Midpipe without cutting the MPE. Has anyone done it?

Post some sound clips. Very interested in one for my M2C. What are your impressions of the exhaust? So hard to shop for something like an exhaust.

Not trying to takeaway from the OP's question...but if you happen to install the the MPE and find it too raspy...slap a couple resonators in there.

I've read the installation guide for the Remus exhaust and the cutting points seem to be the same as the MPE. My guess is that the MPE should fit just like Remus.

You have to cut your MPE to fit the AA midpipe

A great improvement from the stock exhaust both looks and volume-wise. Felt like the stock muffler was 20lbs heavier.

With valves closed, it is just as quiet as stock. I'd say it's about 30% louder with valves open and it sounds great in high RPMs. I have the ASD Bypass Harness by Technic PNP.

It is still not loud enough in low RPMs and under light throttle but that's probably the secondary cats& resonator.

When it's raining and the windows are up, listening to the exhaust without getting heavy on the gas pedal is difficult. I rev-match by listening to the exhaust if you know what I mean and not getting the perfect rev-match every time annoys me.
My ears were spoiled by a loud RX7 that I used to own so maybe it's just me.

That's a bummer! I wanted to keep the stock midpipe in case I need it sometime in the future.
Do you have some sound clips of AA+MPE?

Sorry my mistake, you have to cut the OEM exhaust not the MPE Your exhaust has already been cut before installing MPE, the cutting point is between the resonator and the muffler, if you install the AA midpipe you don't need to cut anymore.

The cutting point seems to be the same for Remus&MPE. I'm guessing the MPE will bolt right on like the Remus

If I am getting the AA mid to pair with my MPE, which application option should I pick? Stock or Aftermarket Exhaust?

A few more MPE questions... I am assuming the MPE is a valved exhaust. Will a valve controller work to keep the valves open? Trying to get as much sound out of MPE as I can.

I don't have a valve controller but it sounds like the valves are always open in sport plus.
