Is it me or m2 dont have bluetooth music?

I'm assuming you've already enabled Bluetooth audio to appear as an option in the Media settings. First week I had the car, for the the life of me I couldn't figure out how to enable Bluetooth audio until I went into the settings.

is it possible caused by VO mistake like lacking of 6NS (EBT) or something?

Update:
I dropped my car off on Tuesday (May 7). I got a call from my SA, BMW approved replacing the whole head unit. I should be getting the car back on Monday. I just wish they don't damage/scratch any of the interior replacing it. Btw, usb and CD's didn't work.
