Valentine One issues with M2?

I have a 2017 M2 and use the escort 360 all of last year and didn't have any false alerts to my knowledge. My detector is hard wired in and mounted directly under the rear view mirror. But as previously stated all radar detectors suck when it comes to laser and giving you advanced warning. Laser jammer for the win!!

I just picked up a Escort 360c last night for my '18 LCI M2. it has the exact same conditions as are described here. No mirror tap yet, but my hand sets it off, or it goes off constantly depending on where it is in relation to the mirror. Interesting.
