Running Intercooler without tune

Just took off my catless downpipe and reflashing back to stock. Currently my M2 still has a Active auto werk intercooler and vrsf chargpipes will I need to run a stg1 tune to avoid any error codes or anything like that. Let me know thanks btw it's a N55

I'm stage 0 MHD with an uprated FMIC no issues.

Sports DP too
