Vomit in car, microfilter, carpets question

So frustrated right now. Friend vomited in car, spent the day cleaning, detailing the interior, extracting and steaming, ozone, etc. Want to replace the cabin filter but my 15 minutes of Google and skimming through the owner's manual has failed me. Just exacerbated and want the lazy answer:

1. Does the car only have a micro filter or a micro and cabin filter? And where can I purchase this?

2. Where can I purchase the OEM carpets? Between the vomit and gum it's just easier to purchase a new one.

Looks like this may be the F87 OEM filter?

Me, wife, and another couple went out to dinner Saturday evening. Was expecting to meet up at the restaurant but they'd been pre-gaming / drinking so we took my car. On the way back I guess the wife drank a bit too much and could not hold it in. We pulled over and she ended up vomiting on the rocker panel. Most landed outside, but some landed in the car. Soon as we got home I cleaned up the entire car. All day yesterday I had a commercial fan on the car, and today I was finally able to get the detailer out to work his magic.

They offered to clean the car, but frankly their idea of cleaning would be wiping down the fabric with cheap Meguiars. I need this done correctly which means steaming, extractor, ozone machine, taking the car apart, new cabin filter, hand washing the floor mats, etc.

I've been stewing about this for 2 days now. So freaking pissed.

I feel your pain.
I had a friend of mine do the same thing on my 2 months old M2C.
Washed the rocker panel area for about an hour... but door remained sticky for over a month since the incident.
Couldn't figure out why and drove me nuts.. but it's all good now.
I wish you the best of luck.

Horrendous! I would be really upset as well. So sorry. Perhaps they will offer to kick in some cash to help.

They should definitely comp the detailer costs though, not really fair on you to pay for that

I think this weekend you should get tanked and throw up in their car.

Only way to really get closure in this situation.

Lol. I love these guys, we’re great friends, but they probably wouldn’t mind. Our standards of cleanliness are worlds apart.

This thread should give everyone here the true value of taking an Uber when any outing involves alcohol.

(just for reference Uber cleaning fee for bodily fluids is 150 dollars. Don't ask me how I know)

I'm pretty careful and anal about my car. Before we left the restaurant I was thinking, "maybe I should grab her a bag just to be safe." Couple seconds later brushed it off thinking, "we're adults, she'll be fine." Famous last words.

Thankfully the car is immaculate right now. Smell is absolutely gone, and I've had several people check. Did have to pull the cabin filter and flush the AC with ozone cause of some lingering smell in the vents. Tomorrow I'm leaving the car out in the sun all day to see if any smells spontaneously come to life again.

Shit sucks.
