I was going to do it but others have said the rears are too aggressive with stock 265/35

Fronts will fit no problem, your rears may foul with the calipers because you lose 15mm backspace. No way to definitively know without trying.
You also add about 20+ lbs weight with that set.

I love the look of those wheels, but more problems than solutions adding them to the CS. If you don't care about the OEM aspect, and like the look, some reputable companies make wheels which look like the 359, Apex has a set, I think VMR too.

I think Silver Winter Apex wheels will be the final outcome. If i can get my hands on a rear M359 i'll give it a shot.

My service guy has a black comp wheel that has been on display for the last 8-10 years . it is just accumulating dust. I'll ask during my break in service if we can do a test fit.

Not so sure that it will clear the brakes in the front...but highly probable they'll rub in the back.

Whoever posted those has the numbers mixed up. The front wheels only add 2mm of backspace - there is almost no scenario where that would foul with anything in the wheelwell/brakes/suspension etc.
Since spacers up to 5mm have been fine on the front with no rubbing, 2mm is not an issue.

OE front 763 - 9x19 ET 29
359 front - 9x19 ET 31

Rear, yes, may not work, but may be perfectly fine with a 5-7mm spacer - again, hard to tell without test fitting, because other than numbers, the shape and inside clearance of the wheel will determine fit here.
Dynamic effect with the substantially lower offset in the rear - also hard to tell without trying it out.

The fronts will definitely fit as far as offset goes, that's not the issue...I'm just not sure about the barrel design, whether it will fit the 400mm brakes.

As far as the rears go, the face of the wheel is pushed out 15mm - 359m are 19x10 ET +25 vs 763ms 19x10 ET+40. It's essentially the same as adding a 15mm spacer to the rear...I don't think you can fit that without rubbing with stock camber.

You may be correct about the brakes. I was surprised that the clearance between my Stoptech BBK (380 mm front rotor) and the stock 359's on my 1M is barely more than the clearance with my 18 x 9.5 ET 22 Apex ARC8's.The barrel on the 359's was definitely not designed with maximum brake clearance in mind.

I currently have the track tires on my 1M so I could do a test fitment with the 359's on the CS.....but I don't think I have the time and really don't want to risk putting a mark on the caliper.
