I've always wanted a GT3 for some reason. Never driven one, but I've had a ride in a 997.2 and I could feel from the passenger seat how amazing it felt. One day...

Seeing all your garage setups makes me realize I probably overspent on my car. I'm not even remotely in the same league as you all.

I look at it as more of a testament to how great the M2 CS is when people who can afford much more expensive cars want to spend their time with it.

My one car condo garage is a glorified shack btw :P

It's new garage mate arrived 3/24.

I still haven't seen it. BimmerWorld is doing their thing to set it up, then I'll do my thing at VIR end of this month.

By April 24th she will be with her street sister.

Thanks so much its a historic Porsche color Oslo Blue.
Bad news it was an almost 13K option as a Paint to Sample (PTS) color so I had skimp on other parts of the build to keep it reasonable.

I agree whole heartedly with this. I have some insanely well off car friends with deep collections and broad appreciations and the take away from spending time with them is the appreciation for a good car no matter the brand or price point. The CS is one of those gems and you are seeing that in people that can afford all sorts of things adding it in to the collection as it stands on its own merits. It's great for those of us that it's the peak in our garage knowing it holds its own with other great cars we may never own.

Nah, don't worry about what other people have. Buy what you enjoy and can afford. I've learned that you will never be happy if you compare yourself to others. I can tell you that most people with extravagant car collections wouldn't even look at adding an M2 CS. It's not showy enough or powerful enough and it's just another lowly 2 series to them. Even the general public think the M4,5,8 are better because they are more expensive and have a higher number in the series. The M2 CS is oriented to those who like to drive and get performance out of a car that is nimble and not all hp, imho.

Is that a Challenge Stradale? If so, I'm definitely jealous. That's one heck of a garage.

I definitely echo this. The nice thing about having a more modest garage is that you are probably driving your cars much more than the folks with several cars in their garage. The more miles the more smiles.

P.S - For perspective, there are several folks on the "Post leads here" thread that wish they had your ride!
