We can explore getting the link pipes together as well. Sports car boutique definitely a solid option

Is this open to Canadian buyers? Any idea on shipping fees to Canada?

Thanks. I’m in Ontario, Canada. If that helps in ballpark price to ship. At that price it’s about $1000 less before taxes than here at home, but that savings could disappear depending on shipping/duties/taxes.

Do you have a sound clip to hear it?

Any cutting needed just for link pipe install? If you install both link pipe and slip on then there should be any cutting?

direct bolt on if you install the akra link pipe and akra rear section together. Had it on my M2C, moving it over to my CS.

I'd be interested if the link pipes are available too, otherwise no. I have no desire to cut anything.

I got impatient and ordered the Link Pipe from IND-Distribution. I'll wait for the group buy for the rear section. Also no interest in cutting.

For those looking at ordering Akra rear section only.
Here is my personal experience:

https://f87.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...0#post26466510

the final conclusion is in post #73.

Conclusion: midpipe is an absolute must! Either from Akra or AA.

Is the group buy for both the link pipe and rear slip on ?

We are actively working on both, but, as of right now, this thread for the slip-on!

This had me interested, but i'm leaning toward having the M Performance exhaust installed, as I liked the sound better and it seems to conform to the safety reasons for the M2 CS exhaust to hang down. Also maintains the OEM nature of a modern classic car. Haven't decided yet, and willing to forgo the cost savings until I finalize my decision.

Unless someone here vouches for the fact that the M Performance exhaust isn't really compatible to the M2 CS, that might change my mind.

Otherwise, thanks for organizing this, its a great idea and the Akrapovic on the M2 is a great exhaust. Just comes down to personal preference
