Best service dealership in LA

Haven't had the greatest of experiences in LA with dealers so thought maybe someone here had a connection?

Pacific BMW crashed my 2015 M3 on the 1200 mile break-in and Beverly Hills BMW put in 0w20 in my M2 Comp and I had to argue with multiple people to fix that.

Hopefully, I can have a good go around on the 1200 mile break-in on the CS!

New Century has been ok for me if you're willing to drive out to Alhambra. They're pretty mod friendly as well.

I've also had good experiences with New Century BMW - no personal experience on their perspective on mods, but have had good, fast service so far throughout my visits.

Backed into a pole or something, they didn't tell me but it needed a new bumper and taillight. Looking back it was funny when they called, "So we serviced the car and everything is good, but we also damaged your car so it's in our body shop now." lol

BMW Irvine was test driving my M2 to investigate a diff noise and smashed into a piece of metal on the freeway, breaking both left wheels. Then they curbed the new left wheels pulling it up for me.

Fletcher Jones Mercedes took my CLA45 on a joyride and totaled it when I had the car at the OC airport parking.

I'm not super impressed with dealership driving haha

I use McKenna. Their service is overseen by Mel who also runs the Porsche and Audi service. Not cheap, but they know what they are doing.

found a good one, see arsen at south bay bmw, took care of everything i asked. got me the 5w-30 LL-01 (instead of FE crap), got me a loaner, did not wash my car etc. and most importantly was understanding i had a tune and made sure they did not erase it.

will be taking all of my cars there going forward.
