You're not wrong. Unfortunately nobody is touching Brian's old prices who used to sell sets on his ebay store for $2950 free shipping. Tells you how big the margins are on these wheels.

I believe both genuine 763s and richland forged are made in Taiwan.
Certain OE Ferrari wheels are also made by the same company in Taiwan

I don't blame you for wanting the CS wheels. The only 763 in gloss black.

Is there a tutorial, wiki, etc. that runs through all the OEM tire options, weight, specs, etc.?
I really like the 763M but want to make sure it’s a net neutral / net positive performance wise before picking them up, and if they’re the same dimensions and I can just swap tires that would be helpful. Also what are the stock M2C OEM wheels going for? |

19x9 +29 19x10 +40 https://bimmertips.com/oem-bmw-f87-m...l-style-specs/ Here is a link for you to reference, out of the 3 sets of OEM wheels available for the M2, the 763M are definitely the lightest.

Here in EU 437s are a no cost option which I ticked and now those are the track wheels and the 763s are for the hoes. |

Wow, we will have identical shoes for our cars, my 763s will be the daily wheel and the 437s with stickier rubber are for the track

Why would you use the light wheels for the hoes and the heavy ones for the track? I'm planning the opposite - lightest for track days, heavy ones can be for the wraparound months with all seasons.

You know why; it's hard for most to beat up expensive wheels. I cringe every time I see a set of HRE's or FI-R's being tracked, but that's because I'm not a person of means. That's literally what they're intended for, so hell yeah, light is right for the track.

I don't think 437s are that much heavier than 763s and I'm not racing for money on TDs, more for fun. With the heat cycles and wear/tear on track wheels it just makes more financial sense for me..and the hoes |
