Not sure if this should be reserved for vendors, but just wanted to share the Future Classic sticker design that was adapted for the M2 CS that I ordered. I added the caption of "1 for 2200", couldn't think of anything better. It's the same design they used for the M3/M4 CS.

Not a bad idea, reminds me something similar we did for the 1///M, where through a member we built a database and you could actually find which actual # of the 740 your car is. So your sticker could read "#374 of 740" for example.
Also we had someone do a run of starter button bezel rings (in orange to match the stitching, and it was also engraved with the actual #). Both were kinda subtle, which I liked. |

I'll need to order a new sticker then. I was going to ask Future Classic if they might try a design where the carbon fiber mimics the checkered pattern from the roof. Would look really cool.

I would definitely be in for an FC sticker if we could somehow find out our car number

Very interested in the 568 cars Stateside and where each of our cars sit both in the US and the global production run.
A friend's father published this incredible book in 1985 after over a decade of painstaking old school pen and paper research: https://www.bonhams.com/auctions/16250/lot/35/ His personal passion and interest in the Jag XK sent him around the world several times to uncover the history of every chassis to ever touch Australian soil. Many chassis ended up in the UK and the US with some very famous collectors. Paging through this book was quite incredible - some of the car's histories were very detailed, owned by celebrities etc. We all have an awesome opportunity to use our passion and modern technology (platforms such as VINwiki) to keep track of all the CS' and their journeys through ownership. Hopefully GimmeanM can share the details with us in due course!

1730 of 2200 (globe icon) 253 of 564 (US icon/Flag) I like the idea of the roof weave pattern. I'm not an artist so I have a hard time visualizing how that will translate to the sticker and still look good and not just like bigger blocks.

Definitely count me in for this. Wanted to do metal based, but don't know anyone who had the capability to manufacture that. |

Not sure about the weave pattern either. Guess it depends on how it turns out/looks For sure though with the Global icon AND US count! |

ScullyD from earlier threads, it seemed like our VINs were issued sequentially.

There was another thread of how that's making it harder to track production numbers. |

My friend's business confirmed they can make plates if we have the vector art and confirm what size we'd want. I think the trick here would be coordinating with Future Classic as I'd wager they have rights to the imagery etc.
