I replaced the MSS springs with bilstein B16 coilovers, also cleaned the hubs and put on 7.5mm + 10mm turner spacers. Pretty happy how it all turned out, didn't go too low with the coilovers as Australian roads are far from being the smoothest.

Changed the oil. Not overly exciting, but I noticed the little ///M logo printed on the underside of the filter. Kinda cool!

May I ask what the total comp front bumper retrofit costs you?

not too bad really, considering there's no good DIY and first time doing this on a BMW. Took about 3 hours or so, and could shave an hour off easily doing it the next time

Finally joining the club! My super sports are toast and I’m making the switch to a set of sport 4s. Excited to see if they live up to the hype.

Those wider spacers make all the difference, even though it's minimal.

I agree, you wouldn't think 3-5mm would make that much of a difference but it absolutely does.

I have thought of running 15/12 many times, instead of the 12/10 I have. Aren't you using 15/15?

Yeah, I used to run 12/10 and switched to 15/15 so a 3mm increase in the front and 5 in the rear.

15/12 is probably the right balance, 15 rear is a little aggressive.

If you recall, I had to dremel a little bit of plastic/metal in the rear wheel wells because there was a small amount of contact going on over heavy compression:

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. 15/12 would be near perfect (depending on camber and drop).
