Look closely at the passenger corner, that's the protective film that they are shipped with. It's usually taken off during the PDI (pre-delivery inspection). Some guys elect to do as much of that themselves as possible though, so they ask the dealer to leave it as-is from the transport truck. The dealer still has to do a few checks to sign off on the car for warranty purposes, but removal of all the random packaging and protective stuff is electoral. More evidence of this stuff being left on the car is in the windshield.

I thought that's what it was. I assumed they would had removed it after installation.

It's an OWL cam and I do NOT recommend it actually.

It was a gift. Here's the issues with it,

- requires subscription (1 year free)
- has WiFi but not really, only for phone transfer
- Requires LTE, but can't pick carrier. Terrible service
- Live view doesn't work over WiFi, so basically never works. Even in Queens I get 1 bar of signal in an open parking lot.
- Didn't save my accident! It got unplugged after an incident and it lost the clip.

It's better than nothing for now but I will upgrade to a front + rear when it warms up.

I asked the dealer to leave it all on.

Originally it was going to a detailers on same day, but snow and schedules changed pushing that back until next week.

It's presently snowing again, I'll probably peel it though afterward.

My detailer said just don't touch it or wash it and it should be fine before it gets to him. It has to be paint corrected regardless I suppose.
