2020 M2C exhaust options in Oz

I am not jumping to empty my wallet but options seem so varied in cost.
I am a bit old skool and used to always get custom exhaust shop bigger diameter jobs done, but I do see the advantage on pre proven akrapovic etc...but the price, wow.
Anyone done anything that is more cost viable with oem valves in tact?

I went with a mid-section.
Not too loud & reasonably priced.
Active Autowerke or similar.

Thats why I went with Remus, as Remus actually make the factory exhausts for BMW and they would have to have a bloody good reason to try and convince me that I have somehow voided warranty by putting an aftermarket exhaust on that is of the same manufacture.

I love my remus, great sound and not stupid loud or too quiet. My brother has the m performance exhaust on his OG M2 and mine is louder than that.

I also have a remus race backbox on my m2 comp,

It's absolutely perfect for me, nice and quiet at cruising speeds and really opens up when your getting on it.

Really Remus make the factory exhausts for the BMW? Is that documented anywhere? Very interested to hear if that's the case, that's all.

Edit - looks like they have made oem exhausts for lots

Both Akra and Remus make lots of OEM exhausts,

Some of the sporty Renault models come with an Akra exhaust from the factory.

I know Akra make a exhaust for the prev and new Golf R too. Neat.

Interested to know where Akra and Remus have made a factory exhaust but not under their brand.

Believe the F10 m performance exhaust was an akra but branded under M Performance.

Not an Exhaust system change, BUT
Installed the 97mm Black Chrome Angle Exhaust tips from AutopartUK on Ebay

https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/70mm-Inl...6/203185400540

Fit is 100% and looks the BOMB.. As many have commented, should have come this way OEM..

Total cost for tips was $182 USD landed ( $246 AUD )

Before and After photos for comparison.
