M2C MPE

I noticed that the MPE is available in the US for the M2C.

Is there any updates when it will be available in Oz

Have you tried SouthernBM in Melbourne if they're able to source this for you?

Thanks, will give them a try.

Have being trying to source through dealer, but getting mixed messages in regards to EPA Emission regulations that have enforced.

Buy it direct from Active Autowerke, I found it cheapest for shipping via them.

It was $259 AUD shipped to Syd

Yes, my friend has ordered the non resonated EL version.

I have ordered a remus race backbox which is getting made as we speak in Austria, both are due here either late Feb to March.

Exhaust has been fitted, just waiting for the exhaust tips that should be arriving soon. It is definitely loud but it is a very deep sound which I like.
I can't see why people feel the need to add midpipes that delete the two secondary cats and the resonator, as I feel the race muffler is more than loud enough for me.

Happy to meet up, maybe we can do it once I drive it a bit more and "wear" the exhaust in to get it's true sound. (Also want to wait for my 763Ms to arrive to look similar to the CS's)

Had my M Performance coilover suspension fitted at the same time

AUSf22, did you go for gold 763?
These came in for me yesterday. They look stunning.

That's a really nice drop in height. Be interested to hear your thoughts on the handling once the suspension has settled.

Looks great Aus, can’t wait for some sound clips.

Piets, they are beautiful! (Look even better on your car NO DOUBT).

I am waiting on one gold wheel (don’t ask)

Well, see now I have to ask! So..... how bad is it?

Shipping from the US slightly nicked the paint on one of my goldies, but seeing as I was planning on using them as track only, I've squinted my eyes over it. All the same, it's annoying.

I went with the black 763 as they were a tad cheaper but I will be refinishing them in a different colour prior to mounting.

Suspension is absolutely superb, everything is set to BMWs height/rebound/compression settings at the moment. Definitely bumpier than stock but when I went for a solo dart around some rural areas they really felt more composed and confidence inspiring.

It was an “incident” with one wheel at Prix Car and the dealer was notified. I was told up front so all good, new wheel ordered, bonus, I now have a very cool coffee table base.
