Anyone want to meet to install Oil Cooler Guards in LA/OC?

I’ve had it sitting around my garage for a few weeks and when I opened up the instructions I didn’t realize it would take 4 hours.

Anyone want to get together, drink a few beers and install them together? We could wait till more members have the guard too.

Btw here’s the link if you’re curious what it is!

https://ind-distribution.com/collect...l-cooler-guard

This will protect your oil cooler from damage and preventing complete engine failure!

Btw I’m in the LA area but can drive!

You're better off paying a shop to do it for you up.

How in the world does that thing take 4 hours to install?

I swapped my front coils, replaced all 4 springs, and installed camber plates in less than 4 hours.

I didn’t look too closely at the instructions, just flipped the pages but I do recall a ton of steps. The instructions themselves state the estimated time is 4-6 hours.

Certainly doesnt take 4 hours.... I think the mfgr said that shit to milk it on install. Performance Technic in Fremont installed mine in alittle over one hour.
