So I’m currently on the BM3 multimap stage2+ OTS tune, with about e30.

It seems whenever I go WOT, high rpm range, the car stutters or misfires. No codes at all. Just feels as if the car is breaking up or choking rapidly.

I took a log of it but let off as soon as I felt the stutters. Can anyone who’s more knowledagble with reading logs, take a look and see if there’s anything that can lead to why the cars doing this?

It was running perfectly fine for about a week or two when I first installed the flex fuel kit but now it’s back to doing it. Fresh plugs (0.030) and PR coils.

Could be maxing out MAP, or it could be plugs or an injector.

I’m thinking plugs as well. Do y’all have a recommended gap I should go down to? I had 0.028 before these new plugs, but car still did same behavior on stage 2+ OTS map. I read somewhere 0.030 was the stock gap so I gapped wider on the fresh plugs.
MAP was replaced for a 3.5 BAR before getting the flexfuel kit, and injectors were replaced with EU6’s not too long ago. Hoping it’s just plug gap!

At what RPM does it do it?
Does it constantly at the same RPM?

I believe it’s around 5k rpm. And yes, consistently at the higher rpm range it does this.

I had the exact same issue with stage 2+, it was my HPFP, but I had stock HPFP.
Does it do it with stage 2 not 2+.

I’m just sharing with him My issue was fuel related, so it can atleast gives him an idea what it could be.

Stage 2, no issues.
Stage 2+ & MM Stage 2+, I get the stutter/misfire feeling issue.
According to the FlexFuel sensor, I’m at about e25 currently!

Did get this issue after you installed the flex fuel sensor ?
Did you run the car with stage2+ or MM stage 2+ without issue before the flex fuel sensor? Or did you do everything at the same time?

First, the stage2+ require E40+ to run smoothly/clean timing
Second, your hpfp holds up fine
Third, your injectors are new(hardest to diagnose)
Last, according to what you said, it's boost related. Just gap down

First time I ran stage 2+ 93oct OTS map, I didn’t have FlexFuel or ran any E. I still had the same symptoms on that map, but when I installed the FlexFuel and added E, I still had symptoms on the MM Stage 2+ map.

What HPFP did you select on the stage 2+?
Maybe try selecting a different one.

I've seen PR Coils cause issues for some owners. If gapping down doesn't help, I suggest going back to stock coils. Stock coils should be plenty for your current setup.

I had a couple new PR coils lying around, so I swapped out certain cylinders, which remedied the issue at first, but the stutters came back within the day.
I have a set of OEM coils as well. When the Bosch plugs arrive, should I give 0.025 gap a try?

Try not to make more variable changes. Just...gap down first.
Get them to 0.022-0.023 first then do some log/pulls. If it fix your issue, you can gap up later.
If the issue still remain, there is no point to gap down more under 0.022''. At least you know it's something else.

I would check the injectors and work that was done after they got replaced.
But hopefully you don’t need to do that after gaping the plugs or changing the coils.
Good luck
