I have winter tires from an M4 I no longer own.

Sizes are 255/35 (front) and 275/35 (rear).

Will these tires fit on my new M2C w/o any problems? Since they are slightly larger than the standard tires will they rub the fender liner or is the difference in size neglible?

If no issues, I will probably buy some extra wheels for a winter set up (if anyone in NY area is selling 437Ms LMK).

There should be no problem at all fitting these sizes, they are common to be used. But remember, all tires run a bit different, so if you have a 275 Yoko AD08R it's going to be vastly different than a Conti3. Tirerack is a great resource to check the TW (shoulder) numbers.
