As far as I know, it's included in all tunes. I've tried stg 1 and stg 2 ACN 91 tunes, and the fix was present in both tunes.

Interesting enough, I remember having this specific issues with my n55 m2 even while running bm3 ots maps years ago and didn’t come across this thread until today. But even now after almost 3 years with my m2c I still have it occur. Could it be that in the recent updates to their ots maps that bm3 have reversed the fix? I’m no stranger to manual cars I’ve been driving them almost 15 years so it’s not a driver issue but I’ve had numerous passengers comment on the lag between shifts when in my car. With a boost gauge it is even more evident. Between shifts I’ve noticed boost drop below 4 psi before building back up to 21-22. It honestly makes the car not enjoyable to drive and makes me regret getting it in manual. Is there a better fix that anyone has found? No lift shift tuned or WOT boxes that work? I vaguely remember something about MHD having nls option for their stage 2 tune. Has anyone tried that?

TIA

I’ve had mixed success keeping throttle cracked just a hair (with my right foot) on WOT 3-4 shifts where this happens the most. Like the bs clutch engagement point from the clutch delay valve, I can sometimes drive around it.

YMMV

This is 100% a tuning problem. The lag between shift in stock form is kind of annoying. Had my M2 tuned briefly (custom flash tune) and what I noticed first after quite a bit more punch was the complete absence of lag between shift.

I've only recently noticed after some time with MHD no lift shift installed that when shifting hard at high rpm I've felt almost a rolling anti lag effect where me and the passenger feels a sling shot effect. It's quite cool and beats the hell out of lag but what I don't like is that it's not like BM3 that reduces lag between all shifts.

I´m running MHD Stg2 on my N55 M2 with no lift shift enabled. It works well and is fun but for me its not a real solution for this lag.
Are there any known MHD tuners that are able to eliminate the lag via custom tune?
Or is the only viable option to switch to BM3?

out of curiosity, does anyone why BMW cut boost when shifting from the factory to manual cars? it almost sounds like the equivalent of how on ZF8 cars, timing is retarded in between shifts.
